What a reliable and professional gentlemen. I rang APCS and spoke to Dean and explained I had a rat in the house. Dean came out the same day and surveyed the house for rat activity. He found out where they were accessing the house and baited accordingly. He made regular visits over the next week to make sure everything was fine. Within a week he was happy there was no more activity. He even cemented the hole in the wall to stop access. I can't stress how good he was!! And finally he wasn't expensive….great value to have a horrible experience removed.

Affordable, reliable and a business run by a keen environmentalist that gave a struggling wild bumble bee bird box colony a fighting chance by relocating them from a small urban Warwick, Warwickshire back garden to a rural Lapworth farm where they could happily colonise and pollinate without disturbance. Service was prompt.

I was extremely impressed with the prompt service. I phoned in the morning and Dean offered me an appointment the same day. He arrived on time, dealt with the infestation very efficiently and I haven't seen a wasp since! I had been recommended Mr. Epton by a friend of mine who had problems with some wasp nests. He fitted the appointment around my availability and was spot on time, Mr. Epton was courteous and professional at all times and got the nest taken care of straight away. When I a week later realized I had more than one nest, he came out straight away again and I have had no problem since.
